On desktop, the chips that show your current accounts, instruments, date range, tags, and the rest now sit in the main navbar next to the logo, instead of only down in the bottom toolbar.

You still get the same scroll and clear actions; they are just easier to spot while you move around the dashboard, and the lower toolbar stays focused on chart controls and layout tools.
