Dashboard tabs and toolbar on small screens
The Widgets, Table, and Accounts strip is now fixed just below the top bar, with its own horizontal scroll when labels do not all fit. That keeps switching tabs one tap away without the strip drifting away as you scroll your layout.
The navbar uses tighter side padding on phones and sits above the tab bar more reliably, so nothing feels clipped behind other layers.
The floating toolbar (edit layout, share, add widget, search) was reworked for narrow windows and phones: it can wrap into multiple rows, respects the screen width with padding, and switches Edit, Share, and Add widget to icon-only buttons when space is tight—similar to a small laptop width around 1100px. The filter control can stretch across the row so the placeholder text truncates cleanly instead of forcing the whole bar off-screen. If you use auto-hide on the toolbar, reveal logic now uses the real toolbar width so edge-hover still feels right.
